The Hopping Pot — Vegan Pasty or Pretzel with a cold Butterbeer (light ice; regular Butterbeer is vegetarian). Then Florean Fortescue's Ice-Cream Parlour — Butterbeer ice cream, Earl Grey & Lavender. Walk-up only, both quick.
Both in New York, right next to each other, lines still short. If any line looks brutal anyway, buy per-ride Express Now in the app (~$20–25/ride) instead of a full-day pass.
